The artist invites us to steal at time, the delicate instant of the fusion between sculpture and photography.

The curves are profiled in volume, and through a long work of framing and staging his statues are immortalized alive on paper. Thus the sculpture enters the frame and the photography comes out of it to become « PhotoSculpture ».

These sculptures, incarnation even of the curves of sensuality, are nevertheless conceived as monuments of architecture. Their silhouettes, similar to the sculptures of ancient Greece, are endowed with what these statuettes do not have: the sway of the hips that signs the beginning of the voluptuousness.

If she sculpts, it is always to rejoin the path of the image, and to make the photographs unique by a staged composed as a writing. The soft and carnal image of femininity gives her the strength of detail, thus on some photographs the grain of the skin seems to exist. Sophie dances and works with light.
